We believe that being green is a process, not a destination.  Here is where we are at on our journey:

• we use geo-thermal heating and cooling
• our home and studio, and all major appliances, have a 5 Star Energy rating
• we left 20% of our property as natural woodlands
• we recycle, and have three dual wastebasket/recycling bins throughout our home
• we use dishes, cloth napkins, and glassware at our studio functions, and in our daily living
• we wash our textiles in cold water, unless sanitation is needed
• we compost our grass clippings

We constantly evaluate alternatives to improve our performance in this area.
